About The Position

HUB Northwest in Bothell, Washington is looking for three full-time apprentices to join our team. Two will be assigned to a Commercial Lines team and one will work with the Employee Benefits team. If you're a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in having a successful career, we encourage you to apply. We're accepting applicants from Bothell, WA. This in-person apprenticeship program requires you to commit to working 40 hours per week for 10 weeks. You will be a regular HUB employee for this apprenticeship period and will be allowed to participate in all HUB benefits. Successful completion of the apprenticeship would pave the way for you to obtain a Property & Casualty License or Life, Accident and Health License and secure a full-time position with HUB International, 6th largest Insurance Brokerage in the world.

Requirements

• College Graduates, Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date before January 2026.
• Veterans and other professionals seeking a career change.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States for U.S Employment opportunities.
• Ability to execute the company's nondisclosure agreement.
