About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing middle to large market accounts and a proven ability to manage a $2M premium book of business.

Requirements

• Active 2-20 license required (4-40 license considered for on-site candidates)
• Minimum of 3 years in commercial insurance account management (5+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in EPIC software highly preferred; familiarity with EZ Lynx is a plus
• Strong understanding of middle to large market accounts and the ability to market and service accounts independently
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset: hungry, humble, and smart
• Proactive and adaptable, with a go-getter attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and common sense

Responsibilities

• Manage a $2M premium book of business, servicing middle to large market accounts in industries such as manufacturing, real estate, construction, and non-profits
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, including completing applications, issuing certificates of insurance (COIs), and marketing accounts
• Provide end-to-end support for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Utilize agency management software (EPIC preferred; EZ Lynx experience a plus) to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
• Collaborate with the team to support the agency's growth and operational goals
