About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and success of a national brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and marketing middle-market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Previous experience in servicing and marketing middle-market accounts is essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to middle-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle marketing efforts for new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in all client interactions.
