Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing local team. You’ll work closely with producers and commercial lines managers to support mid-sized accounts, handle day-to-day servicing, issue certificates of insurance with accuracy and efficiency, and serve as a trusted resource for clients and partners alike.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Arizona
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience
  • Local to Northern Arizona, preferred and familiar with the regional business market
  • Proven experience servicing contractor and construction-related accounts
  • Ability to manage a diverse commercial book, including: Contractors Garage accounts Manufacturers Restaurants
  • Strong understanding of policy coverage, endorsements, and renewals
  • Highly proficient in issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and efficiently
  • Comfortable working directly with producers, carriers, and clients
  • Detail-oriented, service-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting mid-sized commercial accounts preferred

Responsibilities

  • Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using underwriting info provided by the producer
  • Collaborating daily with the Commercial Lines Manager on key deadlines and ongoing projects
  • Coordinating with internal service teams to ensure timely, client-focused execution
  • Supporting marketing efforts alongside your assigned Account Executive, including market selection and outreach
  • Following up with carriers for quotations and ensuring timely proposal development
  • Creating and revising proposals per Account Executive direction and producer/client meetings
  • Verifying consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposals
  • Assisting producers with binder issuance and obtaining client sign-offs
  • Managing certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checks
  • Reviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cards
