About The Position

About the Role: The Account Manager is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support services to clients and agency team members. The essential functions of the position include service to Account Executives and Clients by handling policy inquiries, day-to-day servicing changes, and renewal support.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and be efficient with verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work with others and have a high level of problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Agency Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management Manage client policies by processing changes, tracking outstanding recommendations, ensuring compliance with carriers, assisting with premium audits, and handling renewal and mid-term certificates.
  • Oversee accurate invoicing, finance agreements, payment setups, and address all billing-related inquiries per agency guidelines.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals by requesting exposures, updating applications, securing renewal quotes, and preparing necessary documents while collaborating with Account Executives.
  • Handle automatic renewals, post-bind processes, and market small business policies.
  • Maintain accurate account records and client activity in the agency management system by updating data, organizing attachments, and ensuring proper communication and documentation.
