Requirements

3+ years of commercial lines account management experience within a retail brokerage or independent insurance agency environment
Active Property & Casualty license
Knowledge of insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols
Experience managing commercial insurance accounts, encompassing client needs, policy alterations, and claims processing

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience
Facilitate the submission process by preparing applications with underwriting information supplied by the producer
Proactively engage with markets to obtain quotations and promptly issue auto identification cards
Develop comprehensive proposal booklets as guided by the Account Executive
Conduct thorough reviews to identify and reconcile any discrepancies among submissions, quotations, and proposals
Implement necessary adjustments to proposals and quotations based on client meetings with the producer
Collaborate with Producers to furnish insurance binders and secure client approval for sign-off
Verify policies against original submissions, quotations, and proposals for accuracy
Cross-reference endorsements with Account Executive requests
