Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing and collaborative team. As a well-established insurance agency, specialize in providing comprehensive coverage solutions, including Professional Liability, Cyber, E&O, Restaurants, Office Buildings, and Financial Services/Tech. Compensation Package Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually + commission Work Environment: In-office position with a collaborative and supportive culture

Requirements

Active 2-20 license is required.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
Proficiency in Zoom Agency and Nowcerts software is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong customer service focus and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial lines accounts, including certificates, assisting with marketing, and managing renewals.
Quote new and renewal business (approximately 50% of the role).
Handle a book of business with $1.5M in premium, including accounts ranging from $20,000 to $50,000+.
Work with professional, cyber, E&O, restaurants, office buildings, and financial services/tech accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of service.
Collaborate with the team to support the agency's growth and success.
