Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a personal book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service to clients.
- Utilize AMS360 or similar software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
