The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Kokomo, IN. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience with insurance license
• Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational and computer skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, analytical, written, and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, flexible, able to multi-task and handle responsibilities with minimal

Responsibilities

• Assisting in all aspects of client’s commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.
• Contributing to various team meetings
• Participating in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
• Assisting clients with questions and issue resolution
• Participating as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
