Requirements

• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License
• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial account management role
• Strong customer service and communication skills—both written and verbal
• A high level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail

• Experience with AMS360 a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to contact for your assigned commercial clients—handling policy updates, renewals, quoting, payments, and documentation.
• Answer client questions, support claims, and resolve service issues with speed and accuracy.
• Partner with producers to onboard new clients: assess needs, gather data, present quotes, and secure coverage.
• Schedule and support account reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their evolving needs.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, process changes, and correct discrepancies.
• Keep thorough records of client communications and activity in our agency management system.
