About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team of professionals. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of smaller commercial accounts, including contractors and other generalist accounts, with premium sizes ranging from $10,000 to $100,000. As a key member of the team, you will handle A-Z account management responsibilities, supported by virtual assistants and advanced technology for tasks such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and invoicing.

Requirements

Resident Louisiana Property & Casualty License (required).
4-6 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
Proficiency in EPIC insurance software.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, particularly for smaller accounts such as contractors.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
Handle all aspects of account management, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
Collaborate with virtual assistants and utilize technology to efficiently process COIs, auto ID cards, and invoicing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage, policy options, and risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
