We’re currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our office and support the growing needs of our Gallatin Valley clients. Requirements

3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management preferred
Active Montana Property & Casualty license (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management software
A team mindset and a positive, community-focused attitude

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse book of commercial clients, including contractors, tech firms, ag operations, retail businesses, and local nonprofits.
Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and policy changes with accuracy and care.
Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.
Work closely with producers and underwriters to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverages.
Maintain up-to-date records in our agency management system (we use Applied Epic).
