About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a small, dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a hybrid work environment and is comfortable working independently. The successful candidate will manage middle to large market accounts and provide A-Z servicing. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the company president and play a key role in maintaining and growing the client relationships.

Requirements

Active 2-20 Insurance License (required)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Florida insurance market, with a focus on commercial lines
Proficiency in Epic software or similar agency management systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Trustworthy and reliable, with the ability to work alone in the office when necessary

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business consisting of middle to large market contractor accounts
Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Work independently and efficiently, especially during times when the president is traveling or unavailable
Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation
