About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Commercial CSR to join a team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts ranging from small to large businesses. Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial and personal lines insurance.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, handling policies of varying sizes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
