About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from $20,000 to $100,000 in premium, with a total book of business of approximately $1.5 million. Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Minimum of 4 years in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in commercial lines
• Familiarity with EZ Lynx software preferred
• Professional demeanor
• Strong sense of accountability
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Must be able to travel to Austin, TX for initial training

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AMS 360 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Fully manage and service commercial accounts from start to finish
• Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $20,000 to $100,000
• Actively cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Utilize EZ Lynx software (transitioning to AMS 360) for account management
• Participate in initial training at the Austin, TX office
