Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• 5+ years in Commercial Lines Account Management
• In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in EPIC and experience with mid-size accounts preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-size book of business composed of real estate, commercial, residential, and construction accounts
• Maintain consistent direct contact with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
• Consult with clients to determine their coverage options and recommend the most suitable solutions
• Actively market new and renewal business opportunities
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance carriers
• Conduct initial reviews of policies and prepare comprehensive coverage breakdowns
• Respond promptly to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
• Assist in gathering renewal exposure information in collaboration with the producer
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
