About The Position

Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of generalist accounts, including all lines, coverages, and industries.
  • High energy, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated stability and commitment to long-term career growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Experience with property insurance and small market accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, primarily small market with some middle-market accounts.
  • Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, policy changes, and client communication.
  • Work with a variety of insurance lines, including property, workers' compensation, cyber, EPLI, and package policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
