This is a hybrid role working from any of FRP's California locations. Job Summary The Commercial Lines Account Manager Collaborates with the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service and ensures service standards including execution, delivery and retention are achieved. Provide efficient, professional, and courteous service to clients, by phone, in writing and in person. The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Insurance Agency's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
