Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience required
• High ethical standards and a commitment to treating clients with respect and professionalism
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• 5-10 years of experience preferred
• Experience with Momentum or NowCerts preferred, but other backgrounds are acceptable

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts
• Assist clients with policy reviews, coverage questions, and policy changes
• Process endorsements, renewals, and remarketing when appropriate
• Work directly with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, billing, and policy servicing
• Support quoting and policy issuance for new business (Personal Lines will include both new and renewal policies; Commercial Lines will focus on renewals)
• Maintain accurate client and policy documentation within the agency management system
• Deliver proactive, relationship-driven client service
