Requirements

• Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance
• Active Property & Casualty License
• A great level of expertise and knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and ratings
• A comprehensive understanding of insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive customer service experience.
• Provide accurate and professional insurance services to clients and producers.
• Support the renewal of coverage, cross-selling initiatives, policy change processing, and inquiry resolution.
• Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage.
• Facilitate policy binding and review.
• Manage requests for endorsements, claims, and renewal marketing.
