About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE) to join a dynamic team. This role is essential to the operations and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including construction, sports, non-profits, real estate, and condominiums. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing accounts with premiums of $200K or more and possess excellent client-facing and presentation skills. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing commercial lines accounts with premiums of $200K or more.
  • Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with real estate, condominium, and property accounts is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on construction, real estate, non-profits, sports, and condominiums.
  • Handle accounts with an average premium of $200K or more.
  • Conduct proposal meetings and present in front of clients to secure new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
