Now, we’re looking for a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our Small Business Team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you’ll deliver tailored insurance solutions, proactive risk management, and unmatched client service. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client service management experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience.
  • An active Property and Casualty license.
  • Experience managing client relationships and knowledge of insurance.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and engage in consultative discussions.
  • A self-directed approach to work and the ability to balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of Small Business accounts that consistently meets or exceeds CSO revenue benchmark expectations.
  • Contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Builds and solidifies relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
  • Takes a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
  • Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Cultivates relationships with the buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.
  • Performs adhoc duties as assigned.
