Reporting to a manager or director, individuals whose primary responsibility includes performing administrative or clerical functions as liaison or assistant to managers, supervisors or other department personnel. Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty License (preferred)
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred)
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar position (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to a sales office or specific department.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks including typing, data entry, filing, and operating office machines.
  • Correspond and maintain contact with Client Service Manager on new and renewal business.
  • Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or the equivalent.
  • Maintain files, records, or reports Commercial Lines cross selling opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
