About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in property and casualty insurance, who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses excellent interpersonal and time management skills. The position primarily involves managing accounts in construction, manufacturing, and agriculture industries.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with 5 or more years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Must reside outside of California and New York.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with agricultural accounts is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, primarily in construction, manufacturing, and agriculture industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
