About The Position

Responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, internal partners, and the lending team. This role takes ownership of the end-to-end loan process by booking approved direct/indirect ODLs, consumer and commercial loans. You will act as a key technical resource by managing loan advances, resolving customer inquiries, and providing dedicated documentation support to Lenders. Additionally, you will maintain departmental accuracy through detailed reporting and the preparation of high-quality closing packages.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of one year of Commercial Lending experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Horizon, NextGen, and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, input, and book personal and commercial loans into the core system.
• Efficiently process ODL contracts and manage ongoing loan advances.
• Conduct essential due diligence, including verifying entity documentation, confirming existing bank security, and validating collateral ownership.
• Prepare professional notes, guarantees, and specific collateral documents for diverse loan types.
• Set up new loan files and maintain the Document Management System with a high level of proficiency and organization.
• Initiate commercial wire transfers, research account issues, and personally guide commercial customers through their loan documentation.
• Generate and review departmental reports to ensure operational compliance and accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
