The Commercial Lending Assistant I at Enterprise Bank plays a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Lending Officers by providing administrative and lending support. This position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of managing various tasks related to loan processing and customer service, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while enhancing the customer experience.

  • Provide administrative support to a team of Commercial Lending Officers, including telephone coverage and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate and prepare customer mailings and ensure loan files have the appropriate documentation.
  • Exceed customer expectations by resolving problems in collaboration with Commercial Lending Officers.
  • Pull various reports related to loans and customer accounts, such as Note Ticklers and Past Due Loans.
  • Run credit reports on loan applicants and assist in processing loan documentation.
  • Prepare loan write-ups, commitment term sheets, and other necessary correspondence.
  • Assist in collecting missing documentation and financial updates from customers.
  • Process account transfers, loan advances, and ensure UCCs are filed after loans are closed.
  • Associates degree in Business Administration.
  • One to three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Team player who works well in a group setting.
