About The Position
This position is responsible for developing and expanding client relationships in the Las Vegas market and originating, underwriting and closing profitable commercial loans in the $1MM to $50MM target range, as well as acquiring deposits. Responsible for proactive client portfolio management, exceptional customer service and selling full commercial banking solutions to clients.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have at least ten years of commercial lending experience.
- Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
- The candidate must possess proven strong relationship building, prospecting, loan structuring, underwriting, negotiation, client management and client retention skills.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial products and services.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial lending laws, regulations and practices.
- Experience with treasury management products strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial statements required.
