About The Position

Compile and analyze data for commercial loan requests with a focus on Government Contract Lending. Negotiates credit terms, such as costs, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications. Develops and maintains interest rate structure to be consistent with financial institution policies and procedures, and to be competitive with current market rates. Evaluates potential customer loan requests and makes loan recommendations to management. Maintain compliance with loan policy, procedures and documentation, including loan package preparation, while properly structuring, underwriting and pricing. Provide on-going service to existing clients. Establish relationships to expand lending opportunities. Participates in community outreach efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum seven years related experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of commercial lending policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
