The Opportunity
Commvault is seeking a motivated Commercial Legal Intern to join the Americas Commercial Legal team and gain hands-on experience in technology transactions. This role offers exposure to drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting corporate initiatives, and contributing to operational projects that keep our commercial engine running.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a law student (2L preferred)
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong interest in technology transactions and commercial law
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Must be available to work from Tuesday, May 26th until Friday, August 7th.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and negotiating agreements under attorney guidance
• Conduct legal research to support technology transactions and corporate initiatives
• Participate in operational and administrative projects within the legal team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
