Job Summary: Installation of commercial and residential security, surveillance and access control systems. Work with our sales and engineering team with the oversight of the project management team, to deploy security, surveillance and access control systems. Requirements
- Commercial security, surveillance and access control experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction
- Experience with all aspects of access control hardware, design and installation
- Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
- Advanced knowledge of DSC required
- Advanced knowledge of Qolsys preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Alarm.com products required
- Strong knowledge of both hard-wired and wireless systems
- Strong knowledge of networking
- Clean driving record and background check
- Current Sheriffs card or ability to obtain one is required
- Minimum 5 years security, surveillance and access control required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork required
Nice To Haves
- Alarm.com certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to read and follow building plans
- Complete installations to the Simply Connected standard
- Install and program security, surveillance and access control systems
- Some wire pulling and retrofit wiring
- Wire termination and testing
- Work with conduit and associated boxes, fittings, and hardware
- Excellent communication with sales and project management team
- Excellent communication with on-site construction team
- Generate detailed report of daily job status
- Strong work ethic
