About The Position

The Sales Representative will be responsible for leading generation and prospecting, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies. The role involves client engagement, where the representative will schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present Laundry One's products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits. The Sales Representative will manage the sales process, guiding prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients is crucial, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns to foster customer loyalty. The representative will also conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory. A thorough understanding of product design and operation is necessary, along with the ability to troubleshoot and assist with installation and repairs. The role requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software, providing regular updates to management. The Sales Representative must take ownership of business results and personal wellness, performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the commercial laundry industry or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a designated territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
