The representative will also conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory. A thorough understanding of product design and operation is necessary, along with the ability to troubleshoot and assist with installation and repairs. The role requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software, providing regular updates to management. The Sales Representative must take ownership of business results and personal wellness, performing other duties as assigned.
