About The Position

We are seeking experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Drivers for our Burleson, TX location. The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for leading a landscaping crew, operating company vehicles, and ensuring high-quality work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role requires hands-on landscaping experience, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Requirements

Valid driver’s license & a clean driving record
Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
Ability to safely tow trailers and operate landscaping equipment
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of plants, turf care, and landscape practices
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sites
Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job locations safely
Perform and oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and debris cleanup
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
Assign tasks to crew members and provide on-the-job training
Load, unload, and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
Enforce safety procedures and proper use of equipment
Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, issues, and material needs
Complete daily job reports and time tracking as required
Maintain a clean and professional job site at all times
