Requirements
- 5+ years of landscape construction experience (commercial preferred)
- 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Skilled in grading, hardscaping, irrigation, and planting
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscape construction team members
- Read and interpret landscape blueprints and site plans
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Perform site inspections and address any issues promptly
- Maintain safety protocols and enforce company policies on-site
