Supervisors lead groups of team members and are responsible for assigning work tasks, and monitoring performance or overseeing projects. Supervisors are also responsible for making sure team members complete all required training. Supervisors are responsible for directing and maintaining small amounts of organizational resources that are necessary for their projects or team and are in charge of making sure resources are utilized safely and responsibly. Working with Managers, Supervisors are essential in making sure that their team has the information that they need to do their job, and that information regarding emerging issues at the ground level is being shared with their Manager
