About The Position

The Commercial Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial kitchen properties. This role involves performing thorough cleaning tasks, utilizing specialized equipment, and ensuring that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness. The technician will work independently or as part of a team, following established protocols and schedules to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including Plenum, duct, exhaust fan, ensuring that commercial appliances are covered from water while using heated pressure washer and steam cleaner equipment.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of equipment as needed.
• Using plastic to cover up appliances to ensure a deep clean of kitchen hood and components.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and coverage of all areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients.
