We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our Albuquerque team, ensuring our Dion’s and Tula’s locations are well-maintained and operating at their best. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working with commercial hot and cold kitchen equipment, small refrigeration, and food service systems. As a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our restaurants operating smoothly and safely. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, including hot-side and cold-side equipment and small refrigeration systems.
