About The Position
Are you mechanically inclined and looking for an entry-level technician role? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our company is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician - Apprentice to join our team. As a trainee, you will be responsible for maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, and repairing a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliances. You will adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). You will use a variety of tools to troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment.
