Cooking Equipment Specialist Inc. (CES), a CFESA Certified company, is looking for skilled commercial kitchen equipment technicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to join our team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience with cooking equipment installation and repair
  • Industry related education may be considered.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Insurance requires those operating company vehicles to be 21 years of age or older.
  • Industry certifications such as CFESA, NATE, and FACTORY are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on cooking equipment such as fryers, ranges, griddles, warmers, smokers, etc.
  • Read and understand English written wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, meters, hoists, rigging equipment, torches and measuring equipment to perform service of the unit.
  • Operate a commercial vehicle and trailer in a safe manner and adhere to all company safety requirements.
  • Work on-call nights and weekends when assigned.
  • Effectively communicate with the customer, and work independently under pressure, and without close supervision.
