Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
  • Install new kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during onsite visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
