Requirements
- 4-5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Experience with cast iron drains and copper waterlines
- Ability to read plumbing plans, layouts, and drawings
- Must provide own plumbing tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and craftsmanship
Responsibilities
- Installing above-ground rough cast iron drains
- Installing and running copper waterlines
- Performing rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing
- Working with PVC, copper, cast iron, and other commercial materials
- Reading and interpreting plumbing plans and layouts
- Ensuring all work meets plumbing codes, project specifications, and safety standards
