This position focuses on top-out and final punch list work, requiring plumbers who can deliver high-quality craftsmanship and detailed finish work. Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Skilled in top-out, finish, and punch list plumbing phases
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Must provide own plumbing hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Strong focus on detail, quality, and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Performing top-out plumbing installation for water, waste, and vent systems
- Completing final punch list items including fixture setting, testing, and finish connections
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and plumbing layouts
- Installing fixtures, water heaters, and pumps according to specifications
- Ensuring all work meets code and project quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and adhering to all site safety requirements
