Commercial plumbing experience is required.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Experience performing upper rough and fixture installation
- Ability to read and follow plumbing plans and layouts
- Must provide own plumbing hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and craftsmanship
Responsibilities
- Performing upper rough plumbing work in a commercial environment
- Setting fixtures throughout the expansion area
- Running and installing PVC, copper, and cast iron piping systems
- Reading and interpreting plumbing plans, drawings, and layouts
- Supporting rough-in, top-out, and finish phases
- Ensuring work meets commercial plumbing codes and jobsite safety standards
