Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Experience with PEX and cast iron required
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and installation methods
- Must provide own plumbing hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- No drug use tolerated
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Installing and repairing PEX, cast iron, and other plumbing systems
- Reading and interpreting plumbing drawings and layouts
- Performing underground, rough-in, and above-ceiling piping
- Testing systems, checking for leaks, and ensuring compliance with plumbing codes
- Maintaining jobsite cleanliness and safety
