CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Commercial Journeyman Plumbers for commercial projects in Houston, TX. Work Scope: Commercial Journeyman Plumbers will be working on various commercial construction projects throughout the Houston, TX area. This position is for a highly experienced, licensed commercial plumber with proven experience in medical facilities and high-rise buildouts. Work will include installing, assembling, and finishing plumbing systems, performing tie-ins, and working with copper, PVC, and cast iron systems. Candidates must be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining top-quality workmanship while ensuring all installations meet code and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of high-level commercial plumbing experience
- Licensed Journeyman Plumber in the state of Texas (required)
- Experience working on medical and high-rise buildout projects
- Skilled in layout, installation, and finishing of plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints and drawings
- Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsites
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism
