Requirements

  • Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
  • 2–6+ years of commercial plumbing experience, preferably on new construction projects
  • Strong understanding of commercial systems, tools, and installation techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently, solve problems on the job, and maintain high-quality workmanship
  • Professional communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience or interest in mentoring apprentices is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Install new commercial and industrial plumbing systems on ground-up construction projects
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Inspect work, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements
  • Ensure plumbing installations meet code, quality, and efficiency standards
  • Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols
  • Coordinate effectively with project managers, GC’s, and other trades to keep schedules on track
