CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Commercial Journeyman HVAC Sheet Metal / Fabrication Mechanics for a commercial project in Corpus Christi, TX. Work Scope: Responsibilities include running and installing sheet metal ductwork, fabricating components on-site, setting curbs, and assisting with the start-up of AC units. Candidates must be experienced in reading blueprints, measuring and cutting ductwork, installing hangers and supports, and ensuring systems are built to spec. Applicants should have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, air distribution, and fabrication techniques, with the ability to work independently and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC or sheet metal experience
Skilled in duct fabrication, installation, and layout
Ability to set curbs, read prints, and start up AC units
Must provide own tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and reliability
