Requirements
- 4-5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Experience working with or assisting with thermaduct
- Ability to read and understand HVAC plans and mechanical drawings
- Must provide own HVAC tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong craftsmanship, work ethic, and safety awareness
Responsibilities
- Assisting with and installing thermaduct systems
- Performing HVAC duct installation (square, spiral, flex)
- Working primarily outdoors
- Reading and interpreting HVAC prints and layout plans
- Installing supports, hangers, and hardware
- Assisting with rough-in through finish phases
- Maintaining jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
