CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Commercial Journeyman HVAC Mechanics for multiple commercial projects in Indianapolis, IN (with occasional travel to Columbus, IN). Work Scope: Seeking a skilled sheet metal installer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial environment. Responsibilities include fabricating and installing ductwork, reading and interpreting blueprints, and installing HVAC units and equipment. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between project sites and capable of working independently or with a small crew to complete installations safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Skilled in ductwork layout, fabrication, and installation
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and drawings
• Experience installing HVAC equipment and setting units
• Must be able to travel between multiple job sites (Indianapolis and Columbus)
• Must provide own tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job locations
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism
