CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Commercial Journeyman Electricians for multiple commercial projects in Bassett, VA. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, run and bend conduit, pull wire, and install fixtures with minimal supervision. Electricians will report to the office on the first day before being assigned to different job sites around the area, which may include service work, remodels, or new construction projects. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to adapt to multiple project environments while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical layouts
- Proficient in running/bending conduit, pulling wire, and installing fixtures
- Experience in service, remodel, and new construction environments
- Must provide own electrical hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation to report to the office and various job sites
- Strong focus on safety, professionalism, and teamwork
