COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENCE ANALYST In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL Travel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel. This is not a driving position. People Management Responsibilities: No Role Type: Full-Time POSITION OVERVIEW As the Commercial Intelligence Analyst , you’ll support Celsius Holdings enterprise and commercial decision-making by providing clear, timely insights across categories, customer, and brand performance. This role builds recurring reporting, conducts deep-dive analyses, and synthesizes multiple data sources to support Sales, Marketing, Category Development, and Strategy. You’ll bring curiosity, analytical strength, and the ability to turn data into simple, actionable takeaways.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4+ years in commercial insights, category development, business intelligence, or related CPG analytics roles. Experience using syndicated (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ) and retailer data required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Additional Requirements: Strong Excel skills; BI tool experience preferred. Ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns. Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Reporting Update and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial performance reports. Support enterprise dashboards and standardized reporting tools.
  • Commercial Analysis Analyze category, brand, and customer performance to identify trends and opportunities. Support promotional effectiveness analysis, distribution gap identification, and mix diagnostics.
  • Cross-Functional Support Provide analytic support for Sales, Marketing, Category Development, and Strategy teams. Prepare charts, visuals, and summaries for commercial reviews and customer meetings.
  • Data Integration Work across syndicated data, retailer portals, and internal BI tools to ensure consistency and accuracy of insights.
